Aya Nakamura could sing during the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics. The Franco-Malian singer has been the subject of numerous attacks since it was announced by L'Express that she could perform songs by Edith Piaf.

The 28-year-old singer, crowned female artist at the Victoires de la Musique, is stigmatized by the far right. The investigation was opened after a report from Licra denouncing publications of a racist nature targeting the singer, the prosecution said.
