Bad surprise for savings bank customers: the bank is reducing opening times and screwing down mailboxes. Sparkasse branch in Ismaning has only been open for a few hours on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Branch manager explains: “We had to close the mailboxes because with the new opening hours we can no longer guarantee the statutory transfer deadline” Customers could hand in the receipts during opening hours and process transfers via the terminals or telephone banking. The closest location is Feldkirchen with more extensive opening hours.
