The Munich couple spent their weekends in the spa town for years. Foundation supported renovation of the Winzerer chapel and the TöLzer sedan chair. “They were very artistic people,” says Elisabeth Hinterstocker, head of the city museum. ‘She learned to play the dulcimer herself late in life,’ says actor Klaus Wittmann.
