Master baker Thomas B Öck works a 60 to 70-hour week, with only Sundays off. “The number always depends on the day. We produce the most on a Saturday,” explains 57-year-old Thomas BÜck. ‘It’s just too much money for my family,’ emphasizes the self-employed person.
