According to the German Foundation for Marine Protection, the loner was last seen in November 2023 in the Bay of Lübeck. It remains unclear whether the picture on Facebook is actually the Ostess famous “delle” or another solitary dolphin. However, the sighting provokes different reactions within the Facebook community.
