According to the German Foundation for Marine Protection, the loner was last seen in November 2023 in the Bay of Lübeck. However, signs on the bottlenose dolphin's skin are particularly worrying. These are related to the stay in foreign waters, said marine biologist Fabian Ritter from WDC.
