Bavarian gastronomy is in a frenzy: almost 100 Michelin stars are moving to the Free State. Two of the three new two-star restaurants nationwide can also be found in Bavaria.
In addition to the stars for culinary achievements, some restaurateurs were recognized for their sustainability efforts. A total of 77 Green Stars were awarded nationwide in this year's selection by the renowned restaurant guide. The Michelin Guide has awarded its stars and Bavaria wins. In total, the gourmet experts awarded 340 hotels with at least one star. 79 of them are in Bavarians, including two three-star, 14 two- star and 63 one-star Restaurants.
