Judith Godrèche, 51, accused Benoît Jacquot, 77, of rape of a minor. She also implicated filmmaker Jacques Doillon, 79, who made it film as a teenager.

Both strongly deny these accusations. Jacquot and Doillon are among the heirs of the New Wave. The two directors, whose films focus on women and childhood, are caught in the #MeToo storm. They are accused of seductive approaches, psychological influence and possessiveness.
