"Turn the Lights Back On" is Billy Joel's first new song in nearly 20 years. The song was written with the help of a Long Island doctor.

"I don't want to go through that again," Joel says of recording new songs. "When I hear my own voice, I don't hate it," he says of the song's lyrics. "It's like I've been given a gift," he adds of his new song. "That's what it's all about," says the doctor.
