Black buildings: District court dismisses lawsuit against ex-tenants. Demolition orders are not yet valid.
The Munich Administrative Court has not yet made a decision on the lawsuits. The landlord sued the Wolfratshausen district court for a good 22,000 euros in rent. A judgment was issued on February 9th of this year and the lawsuit was dismissed. From the perspective of the district court, this sum can no longer be legally offset due to out-of-court legal fees and termination fees.
