Black buildings: District court dismisses lawsuit against ex-tenants. Demolition orders are not yet valid.
The Munich Administrative Court (VG) has not yet made a decision on the lawsuits. The landlord sued the Wolfratshausen district court for a good 22,000 euros in rent. A judgment was issued on February 9th of this year and the lawsuit was dismissed. Since then, the builder from Geretsried has filed a further three lawsuits. This means that the tenants have to endure the demolition of the house.
