Bluesky, the rival social app of X - Web & Social, opens to everyone. A move that should rapidly increase the number of users, currently around 3 million.
The birth of Bluesky is also due to Jack Dorsey, financier of the platform and former co-founder of Twitter. The service is significantly smaller than most of its counterparts and doesn't yet have a direct messaging feature. But it has become a gathering place for those disillusioned with Twitter, even high-profile ones.
