Bomb alarm: Pensioner defends himself against evacuation - and ends up in the district court. In May 2023, an aerial bomb was found in Geretsried: a 67-year-old resisted the evacuation.
The man has now been sentenced to six months in prison by the Wolfratshausen district court for assaulting law enforcement officers as well as resistance and attempted bodily harm. The execution of the sentence was suspended for two years. As a condition, the convicted person must pay 2,000 euros to the German Police Union.
