Ramzan R. of Moroccan origin arrived clandestinely in France in December 2019, after a long wandering through Turkey, Poland, Slovakia and, perhaps, Ukraine.
He was on trial for the rape of a 62-year-old woman in April 2020 and for the attempted rape of another aged 86 in December of the same year, in Bondy. Ramzan R was sentenced to 15 years in prison for the two rapes and an attempted rape in Seine-Saint-Denis on Wednesday.
