The people - an 18-year-old Iraqi woman and four Syrians between the ages of 21 and 24 - were drenched and hypothermic. Further treatment in a hospital was not necessary, as the Rosenheim Federal Police reported. The federal police took over the investigation against the driver who is said to have brought the refugees across the German-Austrian border early in the morning.
