Brazil: further reduction of 0.5 points in the key rate, to 10.75%. This decision, in line with analysts' forecasts, was taken unanimously by the members of the bank's Monetary Policy Committee (Copom), following their second meeting of the year.

The Central Bank of Brazil lowered its key rate on Wednesday to10.75% on Wednesday, a sixth consecutive reduction of 0.5points, thanks to controlled inflation. The rate was previously set at 10.25%.
