"The North is further ahead than the South, the large companies are ahead on the digital transition front", says Cafà. "We must start thinking about training in the countries of origin" of the many foreigners, he adds. "Quality contracting is the strategic lever for development", says Confsal's general secretary. The group leader of FI in the Chamber Paolo Barelli: Politics, he says, "must only try to do serious things, pay attention to companies and world of work, look to the growth and well-being of our citizens"
