Law for the Settlement of Litigation in Family Disputes 1975-2014 is intended to help couples who wish to divorce and families in conflict to reach a solution in an amicable way. Attorney Yoram Bitan, who deals with family and inheritance law, explains why the law may be problematic for people who do not understand its meaning.
