Molly, a 7-year-old dog, is the 101st and final candidate to run for mayor of Toronto, Canada. Molly's owner, Toby Heaps, filled out the application form on rollerblades with his dog on a leash.
Molly proposes requiring mayors to pick up poop for a year if they don't keep their promises. The previous mayor, John Tory, resigned in February after admitting to having an extramarital affair with a former employee. Heaps: "When you have an animal in the room, people are more human"
