Rodrigo Sorogoyen will serve as president of the jury for the 63rd Critics' Week. The 42-year-old Spaniard received the Goya Prize for best director in 2019 for his film El Reino.

He succeeds the journalist, editor, screenwriter, Audrey Diwan. At 42, the director is one of the figures of the revival of Spanish cinema. He has stood out in recent years for his black cinema, from Que dios nos Perdone to As Bestas.
