Eure-et-Loir prefecture blocks the increase which shocked the parents of students in Chartainvilliers. The decision to increase the price of the meal from 6 to 11.92 euros was deemed non-compliant by the prefecture.
“This allows us to worry less about the months to come’, says Caroline Laronze, parent of a student in the town. Despite the good news, families prefer to remain cautious and vigilant. It is assumed that the Eurelian Gates Community Council will appeal the decision.
