Car drives into crowd in Poland – 17 injured. Two of the injured were therefore in mortal danger.
The driver initially fled but was arrested shortly afterwards. More information will follow shortly. The background to the incident was initially unclear. The incident took place in Szczecin, Poland, on Friday (March 1) The driver drove into a group of pedestrians crossing a street at an intersection in the center of the city on Friday. The cause of the incident is not yet known, according to the provincial governor.
