The party headquarters of the main opponent of the junta in Chad, killed Wednesday in the army's assault on this building in N'Djamena, is being demolished on Friday. The building housed the Socialist Party Without Borders (PSF) of Yaya Dillo Djérou, cousin of General Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno.

A large excavator demolished the three-story building, two AFP journalists reported in the afternoon, kept at a distance by a thick army security cordon.
