Cheval Blanc Paris opens its Japanese restaurant Hakuba. A fourth table joins the offering at the LVMH group palace on the banks of the Seine.

Japanese star chef Takuya Watanabe, three-starred Arnaud Donckele and pastry chef Maxime Frédéric. Hakuba (which means “white horse” in Japanese) will join the three other popular restaurants of the palace opened in September 2021 in the historic Samaritaine building.
