Chile's Gabriel Boric said the situation in Venezuela "is not a construction of a narrative" but "a serious reality" Lula's rapprochement with Maduro at the Planalto Palace on Monday set the tone for today's South American summit. Lula is trying to relaunch Unasur, to which seven of the 12 countries in the region belong.
