Two years after the death of little Kayden, the activities of the Vauban clinic in Livry-Gargan have been suspended. The 19-month-old died after undergoing a minor operation under general anesthesia.

Experts concluded that the child died due to bronchospasm (a contraction of the bronchi), "originating in insufficient analgesia (anesthesia)", which generated severe pain when he woke up. An investigation is still ongoing. The matter has also been referred to the Council of the Order of Physicians of Seine-Saint-Denis.
