New system of “popular metropolitan neighborhoods” added to the 43 city policy districts (QPV) in the territory. A second level, created in Lyon at the request of the ecological metropolis, should make it possible to come to the aid of certain neighborhoods.

The zoning actually overlaps with that of the former Active Watch District (QVA), which was not funded. Last year's allocation of 5.15 million euros will be increased by 400,000 euros to support the 13% increase in the population living in QPV in the metropolis..
