Carla Hinrichs sentenced to two months and 60 hours of community service for a road blockade. Former law student defended herself before the Frankfurt District Court.
The prison sentence was suspended on probation of three years. It is not yet clear whether she will appeal the verdict, however, that she would probably appeal. The case now being heard involved aRoad blockade in Frankfurt in April 2022. The prosecutor's office demanded a fine of 1800 euros, against which she appealed. The Last Generation spokeswoman said she was afraid of going to jail.
