Climate movement “Last Generation” announces participation in European elections. “We say what needs to be said and we do it in a way that no one can ignore it - loudly, honestly and with our hand on our heart,” says co-founder Henning Jeschke.
European elections on June 9th: "Last Generation" needs around 250,000 votes. Around 330 million eligible voters from 27 countries will then be called upon to elect 720 representatives. A vote share of around 0.5 percent is enough for the European Parliament in the polls.
