Cold is returning: weather forecasts expect March winter in Baden-Württemberg. February 2024 currently has an average temperature of 7.1 degrees and could soon set a new record.
Temperatures in March are expected to be average. Compared to February, however, the weather could feel more wintry, explains meteorologist Dominik Jung. Polar vortex is dissipating and could clear the way for the cold. It is uncertain whether the values will fall further and possible snowfalls will reach low altitude.
