Collapsed building in Toulouse: a tragedy avoided and many people to be rehoused. It was evacuated on Tuesday March 5 due to a common wall which had collapsed.
Captain Stéphane Lévèque, one of the first on the scene, specifies: “The building was empty of any occupants, but the fear was of having passers-by under the rubble. We carried out investigations using video surveillance cameras and dog teams, confirming that there were no victims.
