A 61-year-old man survived a fire in his apartment in Colombes. It took a long cardiac massage for the victim, intoxicated by smoke, to be resuscitated.

The victim was poisoned by the fumes but showed no signs of burns. He was evacuated as an absolute emergency to the Raymond-Poincaré hospital in Boulogne. A poorly extinguished cigarette could be the cause of the fire in the apartment. It will take half an hour of cardiac massage and resuscitation for his heart to restart.
