Pierre Scholla, the resistance painter who rubbed shoulders with Picasso and Sinatra. A major retrospective of his works is on offer until March 16 in three locations in the town of Essonne.

The 95-year-old artist has frequented the greatest, exhibited all over the world, and once again in his hometown which pays tribute to him. “I’m not a painting specialist, but it’s very pretty and original,” smiles Laetitia.
