Kerstin Schreyer is the former head of the Bavarian State Chancellery. She was forced to step down due to a lack of funding for the 2nd trunk line.
She had raised concerns about the cost of the project in the past, but nothing came of it. She is now the head of a new body that will try to find a way to pay for the project. The new body will be called the National Council for the Development of the Second Trunk Line.
