Landlord Gecina was informed that the lead level measured in an office building located in the Faubourg de l'Arche district, in Courbevoie, was above the tolerated threshold. The measured rate appears all the more unexplained that the building dates from 2007 and that the district has no lead pipes.

The regional health agency did not recommend any particular measures, but the landlord decided to distribute bottled water to the company renting the building. Additional analyses on the network have nevertheless been carried out by the distributor Suez, the results of which should be known within ten days.
