Courcy will plant its first micro-forest on the outskirts of Reims. The urban forest, which will be planted on February 13, will have 1000 tree and shrub plants covering almost 500 m2.
A project with a budget of €12,000. “This forest will grow quickly. In 20 years, we will have large and mature trees. This will lead to an improvement in air quality and more biodiversity,” assures Chantal Guillaume, treasurer of the association.
