Crimea is reeling: Putin's nightmare “Neptune” has struck again. The anti-ship missile can supposedly fly at speeds of 940 km/h/h.

A secret state-owned truck manufacturer from Kiev worked with the Zhulyany machine factory to design the heavy weapon. The missile is comparatively light with a combat weight of 870 kilograms including a booster; the same weight applies to the warhead at 150 kilograms. A USPU rocket battery usually consists of the RCP-360 launch vehicle launching the five-meter-long missiles, and several TZ-M transport trucks for control.
