Geretsried celebrates its 75th anniversary next year. The city friendship association wants to make its contribution.
The association has relations with Nickelsdorf in Austria, Pusztavám in Hungary and Eidsvoll in Norway. Last year there were several visits to the friendly places. Other groups should also take part in the friendships, says the chairman. The Vilberg Skolecorps school orchestra visits Geretsied every five years - this time just in time for the anniversary. The club recently met for its annual meeting.
