Schools that train in cybersecurity are recruiting students on a large scale. From SMEs to large groups and the army, everyone wants employees specializing in cybersecurity.
The cybersecurity plan launched in 2021 by the government should make it possible to increase the number of specialists from 35,000 to 70,000 in the coming years. The presence of women in cybersecurity, currently around 25% of the workforce, is also an important objective. The schools are already well stocked but the classes of new graduates each year fail to meet the needs of companies.
