La Régalante is the ninth Breton cycle route to see the light of day. It connects Mont Saint-Michel to Nantes, winding through Normandy, inland Brittany and the Pays de la Loire.

The V409, by its technical name, runs along the Marches de Bretagne, partly following already existing greenways. It passes through 25 inland villages and towns, and thanks to its relatively easy level, it is possible to complete its steps in nine days. The route is also an opportunity to discover lesser-known towns, such as La Guerche-de-Bretagne, with its picturesque historic market.
