Trial against a 26-year-old for rape has now begun in the Hof regional court. Investigators assume that the girl was killed by an eleven- year-old boy who cannot be prosecuted.
The boy, who is also acting as a co-plaintiff due to the sexual abuse he suffered, was asked by the defendant to kill the girl. The girl was found dead in a bed at the children's home in Wunsiedel. In one case, a man also set a fire to his tracks to cover up his crimes.
