An 11- year-old boy is said to have killed the girl during an argument after the incident that night. A 26-year old man is on trial on charges of rape and five burglaries. He is not charged with the girl's killing - investigators assume that the girl was killed by a then eleven-yearold boy who cannot be prosecuted.
