The case of a woman who fell to her death from a building is to be heard by the Court of Appeals. The woman's parents have asked for the case to be adjourned until the end of the month.

The judge has ruled that the case should be heard, but not until after the woman's death. The case is being heard by a panel of three judges, one from each of the three branches of the court, and the head of the Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor's Office, who will decide on the case.
