The 36-year-old woman was taken into custody on Saturday for murder of a minor under 15 years old. The debate on his pre-trial detention will be held on Thursday, the prosecution said.
The mother's spouse went to the Nîmes (Gard) police station on Tuesday around 11:30 a.m., knowing he was wanted. He was placed in police custody and is being questioned by investigators from the Minor Protection Brigade of the Paris judicial police responsible for the investigations.
