Bruises were found on the body of Russian politician Alexei Navalny. He died on January 16 at the age of 47.

The cause of death has not yet been determined. The body was found in a hotel room in the Arctic resort city of Yekaterinburg. It is not known how the body came to be in the hotel room. The hotel is located in the town of Yakultsk, in the region of Kazakhstan, in Russia's Arctic region.
