Defendant admits raping 10-year-old boy. A boy from the home is said to be responsible for this.
The 26- year-old is not charged with the girl's killing. The investigators assume that the girl was killed by a then eleven-year -old boy who cannot be prosecuted due to his age. The parents of the girl who was killed, as well as the then 11-year old, are co-plaintiffs in the trial. The public prosecutor's office also accuses the defendant of five burglaries between May 2022 and April 2023.
