Meanwhile, Vladimir Putin has shifted Russia’s economy into ‘war mode’ on the one hand, he has increased military spending at the same time. On the other hand, Russia is apparently increasing production capacities in the defense industry. The USA is expected to produce around 250,000 pieces of artillery ammunition per month, or 3 million per year.
