A Long Island scientist who runs a drug lab accidentally turned himself in to the police. 23-year-old Matthew Lashinsky called the police around 3:30 a.m.

on June 7 to report a burglary. Officers found shards of glass at the entrance to the laboratory, which they concluded was secretly producing methamphetamine.
