The investigation into the professional relationship between the victim and the alleged perpetrator is ongoing. The man was arrested by police shortly after the crime on Monday evening, covered in blood. The police were also able to secure the suspected murder weapon, a kitchen knife. It is not known whether the suspect knew his victim and was even a patient at the psychiatric clinic. “He only worked with lawbreakers, in law enforcement,” said a district spokeswoman.
