Don Antonio Maria Cossu, 68, is a parish priest of Bitti, Italy. He has been going around the bars of the town for three years with his catechesis.

He proposes a busy calendar of conferences entitled "Meeting in bars, half an 'evangelical' beer talking about Jesus" This year's theme is "The message of Jesus: love" The meetings began at the Sa headquarters club and at the SuRecreu bar, continued at the Italia 90 bar and will continue on 15, 16, 17 and 18 April. Then they will interrupt for the feast of San Giorgio and will start again to end on April 30th at CaffèItaliano. As per Barbagia tradition, excellent food is also allowed: bread, cheeses, sausages and ham, as a sign of friendship and gratitude for the parish priest. For him "even half a beer can be evangelical", but woe betide drinking or distracting yourself during that hour of reflection.
